One of my favorite drawings is Leonardo Da Vinci's "Aerial Screw." I think the drawing is cool because his idea of a flying vehicle similar to a modern day helicopter came nearly 400 years prior to the helicopters invention. As for the drawing itself, I like how Da Vinci used perspective to show the curves and roundness of the "screw" piece of his proposed invention.
